If a member is found to have engaged in any of the prohibited activities listed above, Sports008 will immediately close the account and forfeit the associated balance. Relevant law enforcement authorities may also be notified where necessary.

• Step Three: If the issue remains unresolved after the above steps, Sports008 will conduct an impartial investigation and issue a final decision. This decision is final and binding.
